(The case has been heard through video conference) When the appeal was taken for hearing on 24.07.2020, there was no representation for the appellant and hence the appeal was directed to be listed after four weeks.
2. Even on 24.08.2020, there was no representation for the appellant and as such the matter was posted today.
3. Today, when the matter is called again there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed the matter further. Hence, this court has no other option except to dismiss the same. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
