Comp.A.No.68 of 2022 Comp.A.No.68 of 2022 in C.P.No.54 of 2012 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application was filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the learned Official Liquidator to take necessary steps to safeguard the asset of the company in liquidation by moving appropriate application, in the pending S.A.No.864 of 2014 and S.A.No.643 of 2014 before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. The grievance of the applicant is that the learned Official Liquidator is not taking steps to represent the company under liquidation before the Telangana High Court in the aforesaid second appeals.

3. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he would take necessary steps to represent the company under liquidation in aforesaid second appeal.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Official Liquidator to make necessary steps to replace the ex-management and to represent the company under liquidation before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in second appeal within a period of four weeks.
