TERMS OF SETTLEMENT This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.2397 of 2013 pending on the file of the High Court, Madras has been posted before National Lok Adalat for conciliation today.

Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the appellant/Transport Corporation is present before this Lok Adalat. There is no representation for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for appellant would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994. Judge Member Member
