This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.11.2021 and investigate the same according to law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 17.11.202, but no action has been taken and the case was also not registered by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 17.11.2021, CSR No.422 of 2021, assigned on 17.11.2021.
