O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner alleges that the respondent is harassing him at the instance of one Mr.Azhraf.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the 3rd respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and she is facing harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 23.01.2025 at 11.00 a.m. The 2nd respondent will inform the 3rd respondent and that he should also be present at the same time. The enquriy shall be concluded on the same day. The petitioner is an 2/4`

aged lady and she is said to be having health issues. If the 2nd respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, she will be given due notice, so that she will get breathing time to move this Court for the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

I have not gone into the merits of the case and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
