Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (e) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 22381/2021 dated 24.11.2021 on the file of the Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.13350 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22381 of 2021 on 15.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
