JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo, dated 25.01.2019 as follows:
"I state that in the above Second Appeal we sent a registered post with acknowledgement card to the Appellant and the same was delivered to him. I state that despite of receiving the letter from us he has failed to contact therefore we are reporting 'NO INSTRUCTIONS'."
