This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / sole accused seeking to amend the petition and order copy as Crime No.95 of 2013 instead of Crime No.09/2014 and S.C.No.461 of 2016 instead of S.C.No.461 of 2011 in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.14537 of 2019 in Crl.Appeal No.344 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, apart from the fact that the amendment sought for being numerical in nature, this petition seeking amendment is ordered as prayed for.
