A.No.301 of 2022 in C.S.No(Comm.Div).225 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J The plaintiff has filed this application seeking to produce two documents, namely, (i) Minutes of Meeting dated 16.03.2018 between the plaintiff and a third party and (ii) an extract from the Log Book maintained in respect of a Wind Electricity Generator.

2. The respondent raises objections to the plaintiff exhibiting these documents on the grounds that the first document pertains to a third party and the second document is an extract from a Log Book.

3. Upon considering the above submissions, the application is allowed by permitting the applicant to exhibit the above mentioned documents subject to all objections raised by the respondents with regard to admissibility, relevance, credibility, materiality and weight thereof. The parties are directed to prepare a common revised case management schedule by the next date of hearing.
