Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C against the judgment and decree dated 11.08.2009 in A.S.No.95 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Cuddalore dated 25.09.2006 passed in O.S.No.288 of 2002 before the Principal District Munsif-s Court, Cuddalore.

(The case has been heard through video conference) On 24.07.2020, when the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned counsel for the appellants reports that the sole respondent died and sought time for impleading the legal representatives.
2. After three adjournments, today it is reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that she could not able to get instructions from her client to proceed against the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.
