The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent herein to consider the representation dated 12.01.2019 for the patta transfer in pursuance to the proceedings of the first respondent in OO.Mu.302/2019 dated 18.01.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of patta was rejected on 05.03.2020 and produced copy of the screenshot of the computerised entry which shows that the land is reserved for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes.

3. Hence the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to question the correctness of the decision taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
