The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition, seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of C.P.No.513/2015 pending on its file within the stipulated time. 2.The petitioner filed a claim petition in C.P.No.513/2015 on the file of the second respondent. As the said petition is pending for about two years, seeking earlier adjudication, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of C.P.No.513/2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
