This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner/ appellant in S.C.No.52 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Palladam, convicting him for the offences under Sections 341 read with 34(2 counts), 394 read with 397 IPC and enlarge the petitioner/appellant on bail.

2. Since this Court is inclined to hear the main appeal itself soon after receiving the records from the Court below, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
