WRONGLY MENTIONED ARAVINDH) Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, THIRUMURUGAN POONDI POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR CITY, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT CR NO.142/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble in Crl.O.P.No. 25835 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 in respect of condition No. 6(b) of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25835 of 2021 on 29.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
