Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 1st respondent to register a case against the 2nd respondent on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.123 of 2015 dated 02.04.2015 and investigate the same and to file a final report.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register a case against the 2nd respondent on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.123 of 2015 dated 02.04.2015 and investigate the same and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.123 of 2015 before the 1st respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
