ORDER

This writ petition challenges the order of interim suspension.

2. It is not in dispute that the authority who has issued the impugned order of suspension possesses jurisdiction to issue the said order.

3. Mr.E.Jaisangar pleads that the impugned order is borne out of mala fide.

4. Mr.K.Karthik Jaganathan, learned Government Advocate states that pursuant to the order of interim suspension, they will serve charge memo on the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded.

5. The 2nd respondent-Superintendent of Central Prison, Cuddalore, shall serve the charge memo on the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is ordered accordingly with the above direction. No cost. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
