O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of direction to the 1st and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.11.2015 & 07.01.2016 and to issue Patta to the petitioner's land.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he claims to be the owner of the property in S.No.25/2A2 at Athiyandhal Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 27.11.2015 before the 4th respondent seeking to issue patta in his name pursuant to the order of the Civil Court in the suit filed by the petitioner which was decreed in her favour in O.S.No.195 of 2015. Thereafter, the petitioner made another representation dated 07.01.2016 before the 1st respondent. However, till date no orders have been passed on the said representations. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.11.2015 and 07.01.2016 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.

5. In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.11.2015 and 07.01.2016 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
