J U D G M E N T
(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant reports the death of sole appellant on 25.06.2013.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent display the obsequies card of the deceased appellant Pavadai Udayar in support of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
3.Since the sole appellant died 7 years ago and no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the sole appellant, the second appeal gets abated. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
