This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to measure the subject land of the petitioner.

2. During an earlier occasion, i.e., on 01.02.2023, this matter was adjourned at request of the petitioner for filing an impleading petition.

3. When this matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Further, it appears that the petitioner had not at all filed any such impleading petition till date. Hence, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the present case. In such case, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition.
