ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint registered by the 2nd respondent in CSR.No.113 of 2015 dated 24.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.NO.113 of 2015 and the same has been closed on 25.02.2015.
4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
