For Appellants : Mr.I.Paranthaman For Respondents : No appearance Judgment The learned counsel for the appellant has given a letter stating that the Second Appeal is being withdrawn since the respondent has vacated the premises and the suit premises is not occupied by anyone and is under the possession and occupation of the Town panchayat. On the basis of the letter received by the Government Pleader, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
