ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2023 and take necessary action including inspection of the premises of the petitioner and remove the stray dogs from the premises.

The case of the petitioners is that the stray dogs residing within the premises of the petitioner's apartment are causing severe nuisance and havoc among the apartment owners by damaging the vehicles and in fact few residents have even met with bike accidents due to the stray dogs chasing them. The stray dogs are also attacking and chasing residents causing huge havoc and the children and elders of the apartments are unable to stroll through the corridors and parks fearing attack from the said dogs. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 02.01.2023. But the respondents have not taken any action 2/5
on the representation given by the petitioners. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.B.Deepak Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. In view of the limited payer sought in the Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2022 and pass Orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
