By order dated 12.07.2021, this Court had directed to delete the name of the learned counsel for the appellants and the matter was directed to be posted before this Court. Since the court notice that had been served on the appellants 1 and 2 on 03.07.2021, to date no one has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant and neither they had appeared before this Court in person. Therefore, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
