ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.794 of 2022 dated 19.11.2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, on 19.01.2025.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. However the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
