Respondents Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent police, to accept the complaint from the petitioners and to give police protection to erect the fence in accordance with possession of their agriculture land in Survey Nos.163/2A and 163/2C of Thiurmalayampalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk and District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to accept the complaint from the petitioners and to give police protection to erect the fence in accordance with possession of their agriculture land in Survey Nos.163/2A and 163/2C of Thiurmalayampalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk and District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that necessary police protection will be given to the petitioners if fresh complaint is given by the petitioners.
