DHURGASHA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, vide its order dated 17.04.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.5311 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.598 of 2017, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. pending disposal of the revision case.
2.Earlier, while suspending the sentence, this Court has imposed condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., vide its order dated 17.04.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.5311 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.598 of 2017. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused that the said condition has been duly complied with by the petitioner/accused. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.In view of the above said fact, the condition imposed for appearance of the petitioner/accused before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu, on the first working day of every month 10.30 a.m., shall stand deleted and this petition is allowed. -sd/- 24/01/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
