(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.MANIKUMAR, J.) On 23.05.2010, when the accident occurred, third petitioner was a minor. M.A.C.T.O.P.No.1904 of 2010, has been filed by mother and next friend. By enclosing the xerox copy of the Higher Secondary Course Certificate, dated 09.05.2013, issued by the Secretary, State Board of School Examinations (Hr.Sec) Tamil Nadu, CMP No.10807 of 2016, has been filed for a prayer to declare the minor petitioner viz., V.Nandhini, in the instant appeal, as major, and consequently to discharge the guardian.

2. Mr.R.Neethi Perumal, learned counsel appearing for New India Assurance Company Limited, has no objection.

3. Placing on record the above submission, C.M.P.No.10807 of 2016 is ordered. Guardian is discharged. V.Nandhini is declared as major.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and other petitions. S.MANIKUMAR, J.
