Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12906/2017 dated 17.7.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIJAYARAGHAVEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S E.RAJA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has executed a bond as per the direction of this Court in paragraph 7(i) in Crl.O.P.No.12906 of 2017, dated 17.07.2017. He is now seeking for modification of the order dated 17.07.2017 with regard to his appearance before the respondent, as ordered in paragraph 7(ii) in the said Crl.O.P. and the petitioner has been complying with the said direction in paragraph 7(ii) for nearly one month, which is not disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police. Hence, this Court modifies the said direction in paragraph 7(ii) in the said Crl.O.P. to the

effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent-Police once in 15 days, i.e. second and fourth Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions imposed in paragraph 7 in the said Crl.O.P. remain unaltered. This petition is ordered accordingly.
