JUDGMENT
This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 30.07.2002 made in AS.No.137 of 1999, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram reversing the judgment and decree dated 29.06.1999 made in IA.No.177 of 1996 in OS.No.74 of 1996 formerly O.S.No.54 of 1989 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Kanchipuram.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties, and therefore he has not pressed the second appeal. Further he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
