ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296, 85 and 351(2)(3) of BNS in connection with the Cr.No.Not known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that only complaint/enquiry is pending against the petitioners. It is undertaken that the enquiry will be completed within a period of two weeks.
4. Such view of the matter, till completion of the enquiry, protection is granted to the petitioners. If the enquiry culminates into FIR, the petitioners will be informed about the same and the petitioners will be given breathing time to move before the jurisdictional Court or Sessions Court for appropriate relief.
5.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
