This petition has been filed to withdraw the cases bearing M.C.No. 329 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai, and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District and try along with H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 on its file.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main maintenance case itself has been dismissed on 05.09.2018.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
