ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and disposed of by this order.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the his representation dated 15.11.2020 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.151 Personnel Administrative [Reforms] Department, dated 31.10.2018 and the final order passed in CMP.No.22586/2019 in WA.SR.No.120435/2019 dated 31.07.2020 of this Court and pay Family Pension along with full back wages and other terminal benefits to the petitioner within a stipulated period.

This Court heard the rival submissions and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by her in this writ petition, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2020 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. 6.
