PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first Respondent made in letter No.1341/E/2011 dated 29.04.2011 served on Petitioner by the third Respondent through his endorsement No.362/2011 dated 31.05.2011 of third Respondent and quash the same and direct the first respondent to receive and renew the document writer license bearing No.A1/CGL/2001 as applied for on 15.12.2010 for further period. The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first Respondent made in letter No.1341/E/2011 dated 29.04.2011 served on Petitioner by the third Respondent through his endorsement No.362/2011 dated 31.05.2011 of third Respondent and quash the same and direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent to receive and renew the document writer license bearing No.A1/CGL/2001 as applied for on 15.12.2010 for further period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died long back.

3. Even then, the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as party to the writ petition. It shows that they have no interest to proceed with the writ petition further.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
