This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the first respondent Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, to pass orders in I.D.No.92 of 2013, after pursuing the records filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.V.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Chennai, to dispose of I.D.No.92 of 2013, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
