ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent, to take action against the Respondents 2 to 4 on the complaint dated 2.4.2015 in CSR No.249 of 2015 and register the case and deal with the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.249 of 2015 & CSR No.280 of 2015 and the same was closed on 03.05.2015 and 19.04.2015 respectively. 4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
