J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant in this Second Appeal died and he is not able to contact the parties for taking any steps. Hence, this Second Appeal may be dismissed as abated and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
