JUDGMENT

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.10.2002 made in A.S.No.2 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Court at Gudiyatham, Vellore District confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 18.02.1999 made in O.S.No.792 of 1992 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Gudiyatham, Vellore District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for both the appellants and the respondent represented that the appellants as well as the respondent died.

3. It is seen that the appellants died, and their legal heirs have not taken any step to implead themselves as party in the second appeal. Therefore, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
