JUDGMENT

Mr.C.P.Sivamohan, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and Ms.S.Yogalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents 2 to 4 are before the Court through Video Conferencing mode and Dr.S.Suriya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th Respondent is also before the Court.

2. The Appellant - P.K.Vengudusamy is before this Court through Video Conferencing mode.

3. The 6th Respondent - P.A.Karupannan and the 7th Respondent - Eswari are before this Court through Video Conferencing mode connected from Principal Sub Court, Gopichettipalayam .

4. Respondent Nos.6 & 7 were duly identified by Mr.N.Loganathan, Sheristadar, Principal Sub Court, Gopichettipalayam.

5. The Terms of the Settlement agreement dated June 13, 2024 entered in mediation were read out in Open Court and the Appellant and the Respondent Nos.6 & 7 have agreed to the terms of the said agreement. Hence, the Settlement Agreement dated June 13, 2024 is recorded. The Second Appeal is

disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated June 13, 2024. The Settlement Agreement dated June 13, 2024 shall form part of the decree. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
