Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is informed by the learned counsel for the appellants in Writ Appeal Nos.1188 to 1191 of 2014 that the services of the respondents/employees have already been regularised and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration.

2. Insofar as the respondent/employee in W.A. No.1192 of 2014 is concerned, the process is on for regularising the service of the respondent and the same would be completed within a period of one month.

3. Recording the above, while W.A. Nos.1188 to 1191 of 2014 are closed, W.A. No.1192 of 2014 is closed with a direction to the appellants to regularise the service of the respondent/employee and pass orders thereon on or before 31st May, 2018.
