Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue orders, directions, writs in particular a Writ of Mandamus direction 1st and 2nd respondents dealing with respondents 3 and 4 as if they are office bearers of the Regional Units, during the period of their suspension and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to entertain respondents 3 and 4 herein any manner as if are functioning as

officer bearers of the petitioner Union during the period of their suspension.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the cause arose for the purpose of filing the present Writ Petition became vanished as the second respondent joined with another union and the fourth respondent is also passed away.

2. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
