ssr 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation was completed and final report was filed and the trial took place before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in C.C.No.11413 of 2023 and the petitioner was convicted by judgment and order dated 08.03.2023.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
