JUDGMENT

(1)The learned counsel for the appellants/defendants who suffered a decree in the Trial Court and an adverse order in the First Appellate Court, had now filed a Memo which is as follows:- MEMORANDUM FILED ON BEHALF OF THE APPELLANTS It is most respectfully submitted as follows:- it is understood that the above mentioned second appeal has been settled out of court as per the instructions of my client. The letter by my client addressed to me communicating the settlement is enclosed herewith.
