Prayer: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the partly allowed judgment and decree dated 30.08.2019 passed in A.S. No.140 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Arakkonam, and the judgment and decree dated 31.08.2005 passed in O.S. No.87 of 1998, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sholinghur, Vellore District.
