ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Sub Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2022 in an expeditious manner.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The respondents herein filed a suit for permanent injunction against the petitioner. The petitioner herein filed his written statement on 06.06.2022 itself.

4. A perusal of e-court adjudication enclosed in the typed-set of papers would indicate that the suit has been adjourned from time to time for framing of issues from 06.06.2022 onwards without any progress. Therefore, 2/4

this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Principal Sub Judge, Ponneri, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
