When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition. Therefore, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
