W.M.P.No.1252 of 2022 in W.P.No.1311 of 2021 V.PARTHIBAN.J, This miscellaneous petition has been filed to fix an early date for hearing and disposal of W.P.No.1311 of 2021.

Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent Bank in the main petition submitted that the matter requires urgent disposal in view of the fact that the promotion to the higher management cadre has been held up because of the pendency of this writ petition. Therefore, he filed the present miscellaneous petition.

3. Mr.Govardhan, learned counsel, appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

4. The learned counsels appearing for both parties agreed for early disposal of the writ petition on 08.02.2022. This writ petition is directed to be disposed of on 08.02.2022, by consent of both parties.
