2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's compliant has been enquired and closed on 12.04.2017.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the present Contempt petition stands closed.
