This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.8 of 2011, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at Vridhachalam for offences under Sections 465, 467,468 r/w 120 (B), 109 IPC.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.8 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Vridhachalam, and the same was ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
