Appeal against the Judgement and Decree of the Additional Sub-Court, Tindivanam dated 08.11.2004 in Appeal Suit No.120 of 2003 confirming preferred against the Judgement and Decree of the Court of the District Munsif Court, Gingee dated 23.09.2003 in Original Suit No.36 of 1999.
Decree:
This second appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of The Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Joseph Stalin for Mr.V.Raghavachari, Advocate for the Appellant and the respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate and this court doth order and decree as follows: i. That the Judgement and Decree of the Court of the Additional Sub-Court, Tindivanam dated 08.11.2004 made in A.S.No.120 of 2003 confirming the Judgement and Decree of the Court of the District Munsif Court, Gingee dated 23.09.2003 made in O.S.No.36 of 1999, be and hereby is confirmed and this second appeal is dismissed;
