Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the decree and judgment dated 26.08.2008 made in A.S. No.1 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Court, Fast Track Court, No.4, Bhavani as modified by the decree and judgment dated 31.10.2007 made in O.S. No.289 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Bhavani.

JUDGMENT
When the second appeal came up for hearing on 19.07.2021, the Registry was directed to delete the names of the counsel Mr.Murugamanikkam and others as counsels for the appellant and to issue notice to the appellant returnable by 11.08.2021 and list the matter by printing the name of the appellant.
2. Even though the notice is served on the appellant and the name is printed in the cause list, today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
